Nominations for 2026 30 in their 30s are now open

Detroit’s next generation of leaders is ready to shine and we need your help.
 

DBusiness Magazine’s 30 In Their 30s celebrates the brightest young executives, innovators, and changemakers in metro Detroit. If you know someone in their 30s who is moving their company, industry, or community forward, now is the time to nominate them for the 2026 class.
 

We are looking for candidates employed in executive roles at private businesses, corporations, hospitals, or universities in the five-county region: Oakland, Wayne, Macomb, Livingston, and Washtenaw. We are seeking leaders of businesses and executives who lead key departments.
 

Anyone can submit a nomination, but an individual cannot nominate the same candidate more than once.
