Helda Saad works for First Independence Bank as AVP, Executive Project Manager & Director of Mortgage Lending Operations. She is also serving as the 2nd Vice President of Communications and Marketing for the Greater Detroit Realtist Group (GDRA) which serves under the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB). She maintains a sharp view of the organization and a general view of each project to ensure convergence on objectives. She Liaisons between the organizations, community, and business partners. Overseeing the development of the Project Brief and Business Case, Authorize, or reject proposed changes to cost or timescale beyond tolerance levels and all proposed changes to scope, checking for possible effects on the Business Case, Ensure Risks and Issues are being tracked and mitigated/resolved. As the Director of Mortgage Lending, she helps manage and meet lending goals across the mortgage, consumer, commercial and mortgage servicing areas.
