Hiring Position_ 3D designer: To create 3D engineering drawings and structure design for automotive interior ambient lights, welcome pedals, and other products. Our customer is an automotive company.

Job content and responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and solutions to customers. Create technical reports, BOM lists, mold lists, and process flows.
• Communicate with customers independently. To collect, analyze, organize, and provide feedback on the problems raised by customers.
• Disassemble and analyze the products. Create the corresponding report.
• Complete the three-dimensional design and engineering drawings of the product.
• Review the technical solution with suppliers, and make design adjustments based on DFM, mold flow report, and other CAE analysis reports.
• Production and loading verification of rapid prototypes in the early stage.
• Excellent attention to detail combined with creative problem-solving skills.
• Participate in the preparation and revision of DFMEA products.
• Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and present ideas confidently.

Job Requirement:

• A college diploma or higher education is needed. Or any 3D design experience. The knowledge and skills of engineering drawings and GD&T drawings.
• Proficient in using CATIA, UG, CAD, and other software.
• Strong background in mechanical design and drafting principles.

Prefer:

• Familiar with the development process of automotive interior products and understand the basic knowledge of injection molding and stamping processes.
• Bilingual: Mandarin and English.
