General duties:

Team member will be the subject matter expert responsible for tasks associated with supporting all processes of the Loan Operations Department.

Essential Functions:

• Inputs all new and modified loan information into the loan accounting system for all commercial, mortgage and consumer loans made by the Bank
• Performs account maintenance on existing loans and transaction corrections to resolve any problems
• Investigates and finds solutions for the prior days’ rejected items
• Works directly with the lenders and clients to process draws and payments
• Works with other financial institutions to process draws, payments, input, and maintenance on participated loans
• Prepares payoff letters and processes loan payoffs
• Reviews all necessary reports to track and fix errors or research specific information.
• Assists customers and branch personnel with questions about loans (mostly payment posting issues). Makes corrections if needed
• Reviews loan billings as necessary, checking for accuracy and errors; makes corrections as necessary and forwards to customer for payment
