OCA/ACA B3 Leadership Summit

The Association of Chinese Americans (ACA) is proud to announce the fourth edition of B3 Leadership Summit "Passion, Persuasion, and Power – the Ingredients for Professional and Personal Success" which will be held on October 5th at Comerica – Auburn Hills Operations Center. The program is co-hosted by OCA-Asian Pacific American Advocates (OCA National) and its Detroit Chapter-ACA. Launched in 2009, B3: Build, Breakthrough & Believe is a professional and leadership development program for aspiring Asian Pacific American (APA) professionals interested in taking their personal and professional goals to the next level through leadership development and networking. Theme: “Passion, Persuasion, and Power – the ingredients for Professional and Personal Success” Description: What are the “ingredients” for professional and personal success? - Passion in one’s field breeds success - Persuasion is gained by belief in one’s work - Power is achieved through passion and persuasion The program is proudly sponsored by the official airline of B3, Southwest Airlines, and Comerica Bank. The format of the workshop includes an inspirational presentation with two thought starters, and a panel with six speakers and a moderator. Each speaker will have an opportunity to speak about their respective experiences followed by a question and answer session by members of the audience.
