NAWBO Presents Leading in Disruptive Times

This session focuses on the realities of leading and living in this time of disruptive change and the implications for humans. Participants will be introduced to a human-centered change approach and how they can create the conditions for human flourishing in the midst of disruption. Participants will engage in participative learning through conversation and collective large group sharing. They will learn and practice tools that can be applied immediately following the session in life and work.

Roxanne Pals RN, MA is a human-centered change architect and president of 3Consulting. She creates, develops and implements human-centered change strategies for organizations and communities. Her clients include a variety of industries, including aviation, advanced manufacturing, community wellbeing, government, health care, hospitality, insurance and public utilities. Roxanne is also the lead curator for Trilogy Change Collaborative, a network of leaders, educators, consultants and coaches who are focused on creating the conditions necessary for humans to flourish in the midst of disruptive change.
