Henry Ford LiveWell - Teen Cooking 101

Get your teen started with the basics of cooking as they begin their journey to becoming young adults! Cooking is a necessary life skill, and instilling kitchen confidence early on will only help them later down the road. Teens will learn basic kitchen skills such as knife safety, commonly used cooking techniques, and simple and healthy recipes to get them excited to be in the kitchen.
