How to Develop Effective Metrics to Measure Diversity and Inclusion

Michigan Diversity Council Virtual Lunch and Learn sessions are fostered to ignite thought and action in a focus group setting addressing diversity, equity and inclusion in the context of professional, community, and organizational advancement. The sessions are focused on unpacking tough topics and framing conversations with strategies and a deeper understanding of application.
