Presenters:

Craig Terrill serves as the State of Michigan Procurement's Communications Specialist. In this role, he leads Procurement’s marketing and outreach efforts to help stakeholders understand and navigate the procurement process. Previous to working in Procurement, he served as the Media Specialist for the City of Takoma Park, Maryland. Takoma Park is a Washington D.C. suburb that is a recognized national leader in government lead sustainability practices.

Chris Mitchell began her career with the State’s Central Purchasing Office began over 28 years ago as an Information Technology Buyer Specialist in Telecommunications and Data Systems purchases and Human Services Professional Services Contracts. Currently, she is the E-Procurement System (SIGMA) trouble-shooter for Central Procurement Services, providing training, one on one support, writing tips and procedures, and problem-solving.
