About Compass Circles: women business owners with shared needs in similar business models will meet for two hours monthly in small groups to exchange ideas and experiences that will support connecting, learning and growing. Women who sign up will then be assigned to groups, and a facilitator will work with them to ensure a focus on topics of interest to the group. Each group is designed to be a sisterhood of like-minded women who will encourage and support one another, not promote themselves.
