2018 B3 Leadership Summit

The program is jointly hosted by OCA National and its Detroit Chapter-Association of Chinese Americans (ACA).  The OCA-Asian Pacific American Advocates is a national non-profit organization of community advocates dedicated to advancing the political, social, and economic well-being of APA in the United States.
 
Launched by OCA in 2009, B3: Build, Breakthrough & Believe is a professional and leadership development program for aspiring APA professionals interested in taking their personal and professional goals to the next level through leadership development and networking. 

This year's theme is "Explore, Engage, and Execute - the ingredients for Professional and Personal Success".
